![]() ![]() Be cautious when avoiding it and try not to attack it since it will inflate like a blowfish once it is attacked and hits onto a surface or another enemy making them dangerous and difficult to avoid when there's multiple of them floating around - you'll notice that there will be a trail of paper on the ground, follow it into the next section where you'll encounter yet another new enemy called a Flukemon. You can break the wall to discover a secret room that has a Grub that you can rescue.Īfter rescuing the Grub, climb back up then continue going west by using the platforms and avoiding the new enemies floating called a Hwurmp. At the edge, drop down into the water and swim to the wall to your right. Head across to the left where you'll encounter a Belfly. When you're done, head back up until you reach the Bench sign again. Use it to save your game and update your map.įrom here you'll want to walk to the right side of the bench to break the wall and open up a shortcut. From here, drop down and use Desolate Dive to break the floor, which will take you all the way down to a bench. Fight your way through and continue west and into the next section - you should notice a sign of a bench that is on your right before entering the next section. ![]() Upon arriving at the Royal Waterways, head west towards the path where you'll encounter a new enemy, 2x Pilflip. You will also need the Desolate Dive spell for breaking floors, so be sure to visit Soul Master if you haven't done so already. Take note that you'll be needing the Lumafly Lantern to further explore the area, which can also be bought from Sly for 1800 Geo. You can find a Simple Key near the Stag Station in the west side of the City of Tears or by visiting Sly's shop in Dirtmouth and purchasing it for 950 Geo. You'll need a Simple Key to unlock the hatch that leads into the waterways. To get into the Royal Waterways, head to the west side (on your left) of the City of Tears from the Memorial of the Hollow Knight. Note that there are only seven Mr Mushroom locations, corresponding to the first seven lines of the poem.Royal Waterways Walkthrough Getting into the Royal Waterways With Spore Shroom equipped, you will be able to read this tablet, which gives hints to the location of Mr Mushroom. Up and to the right in the above screenshot is the entrance to the secret relic tablet room. Rather figure out where to go by yourself? You will need to equip the Spore Shroom charm, then head to Kingdom's Edge to find a relic tablet that offers clues to his locations. In order to understand his mushroom language, you will need to find and equip the charm Spore Shroom each time you interact with Mr Mushroom, or the interaction won't count and he won't move on to the next location. Mr Mushroom can only be found once all of the Dreamers have been killed, so make sure you've swatted Herrah, Lurien, and Monomon before you set out to find our fungal friend. This guide will show you how to find Mr Mushroom, but if you'd rather find him by yourself, just read the next section, which explains where to find an in-game resource that hints at his location. In order to get this achievement, you will need to speak with an NPC seven times, in order, in seven hidden locations, with a specific charm equipped.
